Returns Accepted
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products (including change of mind/buyer's remorse).
14-Day Window
Standard 14-day window. Holiday Exception: Orders placed Dec 22, 2026 – Jan 3, 2027 qualify for 16 days.
New Condition Only
Items must be unopened, in original packaging, with all tags attached and no signs of wear.
No Restocking Fee
We charge $0 restocking fees. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
What Qualifies for a Return
Defective or Damaged
If your item arrives broken or malfunctioning, we provide a full refund or exchange at no cost.
Change of Mind (Buyer's Remorse)
We accept returns if you changed your mind, provided the item is in 'New Only' condition.
Condition: New Only
Unopened in original packaging, tags attached, unused, and no signs of wear.
Wrong item delivered
You received a product that does not match your order confirmation.
What Does NOT Qualify for a Return
Used or altered products
Products that have been used, washed, modified, or damaged by the buyer after delivery.
Digital products & services
Software licenses, digital vouchers, and subscription services cannot be returned.
Perishable goods
Food items, fresh groceries, and other perishable products are not eligible for return.
Products past the 14-day return window
Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Send a message through your Order page or email hello@fairprice.ng with your Order ID and photos of the item.
Download & Print Return Label
Our team will review eligibility and email you a free return label. You must download and print the label.
Shipping Method
You may return the item by mail or at a designated local drop-off location.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt to your original payment method. We charge $0 restocking fees.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for eligible items. If you received a defective or incorrect product and prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship the correct item once the original product is returned and verified.
Same Item Exchange
If the same product is in stock, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
Different Item Exchange
If you prefer a different product, we will apply your refund as store credit. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
Fees & Shipping
Restocking Fee: $0 (No cost for returns).
Return Label Cost: Free for all eligible items. Labels are provided to you as Download and Print.
Return Policy Exceptions
While our standard policy offers a 14-day window, some special products or high-value electronics may have different return policies or windows. These are listed on individual product pages as "Return Policy Exceptions."
Common Exceptions:
- Certain hygiene-sensitive beauty tools (No returns once seal is broken)
- High-value custom electronics (7-day window only)
- Clearance or "As-Is" final sale items (Non-returnable)
